Lubricants supplier U.S. Lubricants has acquired lubrication and chemical packaging provider Pack Logix, company officials announced Wednesday.

U.S. Lubricants said that the combination would allow the company to offer toll blending and packaging solutions to its customers, who would, in turn, see faster turnaround times, more flexibility, and access to “advanced packaging technologies.”

“This acquisition represents a significant milestone in delivering exceptional value and expanded options to our customers,” U.S. Lubricants President James Williams said in a statement. “By combining our strengths and maintaining seamless continuity, we’re able to offer more flexible and comprehensive offerings and enhanced aftermarket fluid programs.”

The company said that Pack Logix’s operations will be integrated into U.S. Lubricants over the next year. Adam Puzach, Pack Logix’s president, will serve as the vice president and general manger for packaging and operations at U.S. Lubricants, and 36 other Pack Logix employees will also join the combined company.

Additional details of the transaction, including financial terms, were not disclosed.

“We’re excited to join the U.S. Lubricants team and bring our expertise to a broader range of customers,” Puzach said. “Together, we will further elevate quality, flexibility and service, giving our partners even greater confidence in their packaging and blending solutions.”
