BIRMINGHAM, AL — Motion Industries, Inc., No. 8 on Industrial Distribution's Big 50 List — announced Thursday that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Numatic Engineering. Execution of the transaction will occur on Aug. 1.

Their sales and application support teams have the in-depth knowledge to help engineers, from both OEMs and end users, apply the right products to solve customers' challenges.
