PEER Chain Announces Promotion For Client Engagement Specialist

Four-year company veteran DaVida Kanous has been promoted to Client Engagement Specialist for industrial chain provider PEER Chain, based in Waukegan, IL.

WAUKEGAN, ILJeremy Fogo, Vice President of Product, Solutions & Experiences at family-owned industrial chain provider PEER Chain, has announced that DaVida Kanous is promoted to Client Engagement Specialist for the company.

“DaVida has a huge hearts for our customers. I often get calls thanking me because DaVida made sure someone got special handling because of a time crunch. And she has a smile that even phone wires can transmit,” Fogo said at a company gathering honoring her promotion. “Her knowledge, guidance and caring always elevates the entire PEER Chain team.”

DaVida is a four-year veteran at PEER Chain. She joined the company's Client Success Ambassador team running because of her decade of customer service experience before joining PEER. Her new responsibilities now has her covering PEER’s accounts in Wisconsin, Michigan, New England and Canada. She is a welcome sign wherever she visits PEER customers.
