Canton, GA – July 2015 – FactoryMation is excited to announce the introduction of FMX wire management solutions for use within cabinets and control panels. FMX wire solutions feature a compact, industrial solution for installation of industrial control products.
FMX wire management solutions encompass a wide selection of wire duct, spiral wrap, conduit, and accessories. FMX wire duct is available in wide or narrow slot. Wide slot wire duct provides wide fingers giving additional cable support. Smooth edges allow for worry free wiring and handling. A score line base allows easy tab removal without the need for tools. Narrow slot wire duct is ideal for use with high density narrow terminal blocks where more access is required and improves the appearance of panels with cables out in the best position. Wide and narrow slot wire duct are constructed of a rigid PVC with UL 94 flammability protection ratings and service temperatures of 5° to 140°F.
FMX universal spiral wrap is a fast and economical grouping of wire bundles with flexible connections between panels and doors. Available colors include natural, white, and black. Sizes range from 1/16” to 4”.
FMX liquid tight conduit is made up of shock resistant technopolymer on PVC base. Liquid tight conduit is UV resistant, compression resistant, and has a self-extinguishing UL94 V-0 flammability protection rating. Operating temperature is 23° to 140°F. Gray RAL7035 or black color choices are available. Straight liquid tight fittings are offered in conjunction with the liquid tight conduit.
