ST. LOUIS – Graybar, a distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products and provider of related supply chain management and logistics services, announced Monday that it is offering extended customer service hours nationwide through a centralized National Customer Service Team in St. Louis.
The National Customer Service Team can help customers place orders, check order status, obtain proof of delivery, pricing and product availability before and after the traditional business hours of Graybar’s more than 260 branches nationwide.
Customers can continue to call their local branch for service during regular business hours. Support though the National Customer Service Team is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. CST and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by calling 1-800-GRAYBAR (1-800-472-9227).
