In his new dual role, Nuñez will continue to oversee sales, management, daily operations and finances, as well provide the strategic vision and direction for the organization. Emuge is one of IBC’s preferred suppliers and has been a member of its buying group for more than a decade. “Ron has a clear vision for where the organization is going, which is what originally enticed me to join IBC. He has built a strong team of smart, talented individuals to help him realize that vision. I couldn’t think of anyone else running the organization.”

As part of his proactive sales strategy, Nuñez will work to bring further value to IBC’s buying group and increase business on their behalf. “When you are together with Ron, you know that your business really matters to him,” added Matysiak. “He has always been very engaged in making our relationship successful and our business has definitely grown as a result.”

In his 12 year tenure at IBC, Nuñez has harnessed his strategic expertise and understanding of the world of industrial supply to grow IBC’s business. He is a proven leader who will work to create a more collaborative environment at IBC to strengthen already existing relationships with staff and the IBC network.
