HD Supply White Cap To Open New Denver Warehouse

The 107,000 square foot warehouse will add to White Cap's Denver presence, as it currently has three wholesale outlets in the metro area.

White Cap Construction Supply Inc., a division of HD Supply, will soon open a new warehouse in a lot of 107,000 square feet of Denver industrial space, according to the Denver Business Journal. 

The location at 701 Osage St. is scheduled to be operational this summer. The site will make up approximately one-third of the lot known as the Denver Urban Business Center. White Cap currently has three wholesale outlets in the metro area.

The Denver Business Journal reports the property is undergoing renovations to transform it into a multi-tenant distribution center.

HD Supply is No. 4 on Industrial Distribution's 2014 Big 50 List.
