Designed with direct involvement of leading companies in the distribution center space, it combines the best features to move personnel – with the added capability to tow up to 5,000 pounds – with comfort, durability, and low operating and maintenance costs. The PCT 3500 is ideal for use in lean, just-in-time, manufacturing operations or distribution centers towing materials with Pack Mule industrial trailers, or for maintenance personnel to easily move through facilities with their tools and equipment. A 36V, 7.5 HP separately excited DC motor coupled with a 245 Amp Hour battery pack comes standard, providing powerful, long lasting run time. Onboard charging allows overnight charging without having to remove the battery. A fully programmable controller offers complete control of operating parameters such as maximum speed. Regenerative braking comes standard, increasing run time. And handle-bar steering is matched with a tight turning radius for maneuverability in tight spaces. Hydraulic brakes are available for added stopping power. Additional options include 24 or 48V DC drive, 305 Amp Hour industrial batteries, roll-out removable battery system, battery watering system, solid non-marking tires, LED head-light and tail-light, safety beacon, front and rear bumpers, 300W 12V power and 5V USB outlets to power handheld devices, and a back-up alarm.
