Chattanooga, TN-based Bolts & Nuts Corp., a nationwide distributor of fastener, VMI, MRO and specialty parts, on Friday announced the acquisition of Louisville, KY-based US Nut and Bolts.

The move further supports Bolts & Nuts' growth and expansion strategy, following the recent opening of its new, relocated headquarters in Chattanooga, and a new facility in Danville, KY. With a new branch in Louisville, Bolts & Nuts broadens its ability to serve strategic manufacturers and OEMs in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, southern Indiana and Ohio.

Bolts & Nuts serves customers in more than 40 states, Mexico and Europe.

  • Danville, KY

As with Bolts & Nuts' other locations, the Louisville facility will be a full stocking location to distribute fastener, specialty, and MRO parts to manufacturers in Kentucky.
