
Aerospace aftermarket supplier AIM MRO announced Wednesday that it has acquired a South Florida counterpart.
The purchase of Advanced Air West Palm Beach Inc. — or AA Bushings — represents AIM MRO’s fourth add-on deal to date. The Jupiter, Florida, company provides replacement bushings, sleeves and fasteners for landing gear in both aerospace and defense aftermarket applications. Its landing gear overhaul bushings and related parts, AIM MRO officials added, are used across “nearly every platform flying today.”
AA Bushings General Manager Marty Hatcher who will remain with the business following the acquisition. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
