Building product distribution giant ABC Supply said Monday that it has acquired the assets of Roofing Supply-Houston Inc.
The company, founded in 2019, provides roofing products and accessories to contractors across the Houston metro area. Its facility on Houston’s far north side will become ABC’s 58th location in Texas; Darren Breaux and Jeff Smejkal, the company’s owners, will remain with the business as branch manager and outside sales representative, respectively.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Roofing Supply-Houston Inc. has built a strong reputation for being reliable, fair and committed to their customers,” Matt Belcher, the vice president of ABC Supply’s Southwest region, said in a statement. “Those qualities align perfectly with our culture at ABC Supply, so we’re excited to welcome their team to our family.”
