FLORENCE, Ky. — Kentucky electrical, plumbing and lighting supplier Wiseway Supply has announced its acquisition of Stearns Supply of North Vernon, Indiana.
Wiseway, founded in 1972 by Biz and Jackie Cain, operates 10 branches and two design showrooms in Southwest Ohio and northern and central Kentucky, and has now entered the Indiana market. The acquisition expands Wiseway Supply’s service area to 11 branches.

"Keeping the staff and vendors in place will ensure that our Indiana customers receive the same products and great service they have been accustomed to from the Stearns Supply team, recently lead by Wayne and Keith Stearns. Wayne and Keith Stearns, the former owners of Stearns, are confident that the Wiseway Supply team will continue the business in much the same manner that they have done for more than 39 years:
