Burbank, CA - Ryan Herco Flow Solutions acquires the assets of Plastic Engineered Products Company (aka P.E.P.), a leading New Jersey-based industrial distributor of engineered plastics for corrosion resistant and high purity fluid handling products and custom fabrication services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Branchburg, New Jersey, P.E.P.'s success with Municipal, Chemical and General Industrial markets strengthens RHFS' presence and ability to serve a broad customer base in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
