LEDtronics (Torrance, CA) introduced the PTS780-0xx-028B/WP Series for industrial, medical and transportation controls. The PTS780 series is designed for low-cost, long-lasting and weather-resistant panel signaling and can be used in machine tools, railroad control panels, robotics interfaces, medical equipment and HVAC systems.
The PTS780 series provides a non-relampable, snap-in and wired front-panel indication solution for Ø0.69 inch (Ø17.46mm) mounting holes using the direct incandescent-replacement standard.
Features:
- Nickel-plated brass sleeve, nylon PA6 header and stainless steel washers, weighing only 0.8 ounces
- Rated for total protection against dust and strong water jets
- Engineered to perform in extreme conditions ranging from -30°C to +80°C (-22°F to 176°F) while remaining shock and vibration resistant
- Operates at 28VDC with low power consumption of 0.6 watts or less, providing a 30,000-hour projected lifespan with almost no heat generation
- Designed as direct retrofit for similar lamps from VCC, DDP, Littlefuse, Eldema or Dialight in panels up to 0.3 inches (7.62mm) thick
- Suitable for patient exam room status lights, signal or pilot lights and high-reliability transport and infrastructure monitoring boards.
