RelaDyne officially relocated its corporate headquarters from Cincinnati to Houston effective at the beginning of the year, company officials announced.
RelaDyne officials said that the Texas city is already a critical hub for the company and is home to its largest local workforce. Moving company leadership to Houston, officials said, would also bring it closer to its national distribution operations and key supply partners.
The company, established through the merger of four companies in 2010, says it is the nation's largest lubricant distributor. The company operates more than 190 facilities and distribution centers across the U.S.
Officials expect to continue investing in its Houston campus to "support additional job growth and leadership development."
“This relocation is a strategic evolution for RelaDyne as we continue to grow and invest in our future,” RelaDyne CEO Eric Royse said in a statement. “Houston is our largest employee population center and a key location for our supply partners.
"Establishing our headquarters in Houston strengthens our connection to our employees and our operations, reinforces our 'One RelaDyne' culture, and positions us even better to serve our customers every day.”
