Fastenal on Wednesday announced that it has reached an agreement with the Edmonton Oilers to become the “preferred MRO supply partner” of the team's home arena.
Under the “multi-year” partnership, Fastenal will provide tools, fasteners, janitorial-sanitation supplies and other products to staff at Rogers Place, as well as install its Fastenal Managed Inventory Technology systems.
In addition, Fastenal will have an ad placed on the rink’s boards, and an “enhanced presence” during the team’s television broadcasts.
The company began working with the Oilers at Rogers Place last year.
"They have an amazing facility, and we're excited to outfit it with state-of-the-art Fastenal solutions and services," Dmitriy Lipes, Fastenal's local district manager, said in the announcement. "Being located in Edmonton, we take a lot of pride in serving such a historic team."
Fastenal, the no. 4 distributor on ID’s 2025 Big 50, is also the official MRO sponsor of the National Hockey League.
