In one operation, EMUGE Thriller/ AERO Drill/Thread Mills produce both the core hole to the correct size and the internal thread conforming with associated standards. In addition, the thread hole can be interpolated with the milling face to break the sharp edge of the thread. This means that no additional tools are required for drilling and deburring. These are left-hand rotating tools designed for stainless steel, titanium materials and also nickel alloys such as Inconel.
