North Texas MRO distributor GradeEight Supply announced that it has acquired Arkansas fastener distributor Bolt & Screw Supply.
Bolt & Screw Supply says that its Springdale, Arkansas, facility stocks “the largest fastener inventory” in the state, along with tools, abrasives and other industrial supplies. GradeEight officials said in a statement that the deal expands its brick-and-mortar distribution footprint and would bolster its service capabilities in the region.
GradeEight President Cody Patterson said that the company intends to “keep their operation intact while supporting future growth.”
“This acquisition is about continuity and capability,” Patterson said. “Bolt & Screw Supply has built an exceptional business with deep customer relationships, experienced people and a strong local reputation.”
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
GradeEight, which includes the Winzer Corp. and FastServ Supply divisions, says it offers fasteners, chemicals, jan-san products, cutting tools, abrasives, hydraulics and other supplies to some 30,000 customers across the U.S.
