Wholesale fastener distributor LindFast Solutions Group announced Monday that it has reached an agreement to acquire fellow master distributor AZ Wire & Cable.
AZ provides industrial, commercial and specialty wire and cable, as well as value-added services including cutting, reeling, paralleling, striping and coiling. The suburban Chicago company operates additional locations in Arizona, California, Oregon, Colorado, Texas, Florida, North Carolina and New York.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year, and AZ will continue to be led by its current management team. Additional terms were not disclosed.
LSG CEO Mike Spencer said that the addition of AZ would expand the overall company’s cross-selling abilities and further diversify its platform.
