The Colt Group announced Tuesday that it has acquired New Jersey utility contractor Garrison Enterprise Inc.
Colt, a provider of industrial leak repair solutions, said that the addition of Garrison, which also operates locations in Florida, North Carolina and Virginia, would bolster its service capabilities and “accelerate its national line intervention growth strategy.”
Garrison will continue to be led by its current management team. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Garrison’s capabilities, culture and reputation align exceptionally well with ours,” Colt CEO Jason Box said in a statement. “Together, we are poised to scale faster, access new markets, and deliver deeper support to our customers.”
