Texas construction and industrial supply distributor Hartmann Building Specialties has acquired Louisiana counterpart Contractor Supplies and Services, company officials announced.

Hartmann officials said CS&E provides concrete forming and shoring systems, accessories and repair products from its locations in Baton Rouge and LaPlace, Louisiana. Those facilities will join Hartmann’s Sulphur, Louisiana, site and its five locations in East Texas.

The transaction closed on Nov. 1; terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“The addition of CS&E’s experience and assets allows Hartmann Building Specialties to expand the expert customer service and quality products we have offered for over 45 years,” company officials said in the announcement.
