Aleris Corp. - Beachwood, Ohio, 31.3 million shares, priced $15 to $17, managed by J.P. Morgan, Barclays, and Deutsche Bank. Proposed NYSE symbol ARS. Business: Manufactures aluminum products for use in the automotive, construction, transportation and aerospace industries.

BrightSource Energy Inc. - Oakland, Calif., 6.9 million shares, priced $21 to $23, managed by Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Deutsche Bank. Proposed Nasdaq symbol BRSE. Business: Develops utility-scale solar thermal power plants.

Forum Energy Technologies Inc. - Houston, 15.8 million shares, priced $18 to $20, managed by J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse. Proposed NYSE symbol FET. Business Provides products that support the oil and natural gas development and production processes.

MRC Global Inc. - Houston, 22.7 million shares, priced $21 to $23 managed by Goldman Sachs and Barclays. Proposed NYSE symbol MRC. Business: Largest global pipes, valves and fitting (PVF) and services supplier to the energy industry.
