Broken Arrow, Oklahoma — BlackHawk Industrial, a market-leading distributor of metalworking and industrial supplies, has announced the acquisition of certain assets of the Marshall Tool — Salt Lake City, Utah operation.
With the asset acquisition of the Marshall Tool operation in Salt Lake City, Utah, BlackHawk broadens its geographical footprint and sales penetration in the Utah and Mountain Region marketplaces. The additional inventory stocking location paired with field sales and CSR talent at this location further strengthens BlackHawk’s presence in Utah, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
