Columbus McKinnon Corp.on Tuesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter profit of $19.7 million.
The Getzville, New York-based company said it had net income of 83 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for pretax gains, were 69 cents per share.
The maker of materials handling products and systems posted revenue of $216.7 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $42.6 million, or $1.80 per share. Revenue was reported as $876.3 million.
For the current quarter ending in July, Columbus McKinnon said it expects revenue in the range of $214 million to $216 million.
Columbus McKinnon shares have increased nearly 8 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $32.52, a decrease of 14 percent in the last 12 months.
