
AFC Industries on Tuesday announced the launch of a redesigned website that aims to allow customers, suppliers, partners and prospective employees to more easily explore its capabilities.
The fastener and Class C components distributor — no. 22 on ID’s latest Big 50 list — said the new site offers a more streamlined navigation, improved mobile functionality, expanded solution pages and video content. It also allows its stakeholders to connect with experts, as well as explore AFC’s tooling solutions and vendor-managed inventory offerings.
“Our customers don’t come to us looking for parts; they come to us looking for solutions that reduce their total cost of ownership,” AFC Vice President of Marketing Joe Shoemaker said in a statement. “We designed this website to reflect that philosophy.”
AFC also announced a “Red, White & New Discovery Challenge” for visitors to the new website. Eligible participants that complete the interactive challenge at afcind.com by July 31 will be entered into a drawing for gift cards and other prizes.
