Graybar
Graybar has completed its purchase of Southern California electrical distributor American Electric Supply, company officials announced Tuesday.
Corona, California-based AES is now a “wholly owned subsidiary” of the electrical and industrial distribution giant, but retained its name and its leadership team helmed by President Mike Pratt.
The companies originally announced the agreement last month. Terms were not disclosed.
Graybar’s industrial operations ranked 14th on ID’s most recent Big 50 list.
