Quench, an operating segment of AquaVenture Holdings Limited and a leading provider of filtered water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers and coffee brewers for businesses across the United States and Canada, announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Bluline, a point-of-use water filtration dealer and distributor based in South Florida.
This acquisition adds approximately 900 new clients with more than 1,300 rental and service units to Quench’s installed asset base and increases customer density in the top 12 U.S. Metro area of South Florida. Additionally, Bluline’s distribution business adds dozens of dealers and ecommerce partners who resell the company’s product line of water coolers and filters throughout the U.S. and over the internet.
