Ohio cable tie and hardware provider Grizzly Supply has been named the exclusive distributor of SpillFix absorbent products, company officials announced.
The announcement marks the return of SpillFix’s coconut coir absorbents to the U.S. market for the first time in three years. Grizzly Supply will provide the “complete SpillFix product portfolio,” including granular absorbents, absorbent socks and spill kits, to U.S. distributors and end users across the manufacturing, maintenance, automotive, food processing and municipal segments.
The company says its coconut coir-based products offer a “lightweight, highly absorbent and non-toxic” solution for cleaning oil, fuel, chemicals and other liquid spills.
"SpillFix represents exactly the type of innovative, high-quality product we want to bring to our customers," Grizzly Supply Retail Director Callahan Hinckley said in a statement. "Their technology delivers exceptional performance while offering a cleaner, safer alternative to traditional absorbents.”
