Sonepar and its software partner will enable delivery scheduling and real-time delivery tracking across its U.S. operations, the company said Monday.
The electrical distribution giant will implement Innovo’s Drive app across its over 570 U.S. locations, allowing customers to view and schedule their orders. Sonepar will also add Innovo’s Route technology, which helps optimize delivery routes, at branches with fleets of at least three trucks.
Sonepar said that it has brought more than 1,300 customers onto those solutions in 2025; more than 4,000 customers now receive shipment notifications, officials added.
“It’s crucial to have skilled workers deployed to the right jobsite, with the material they need on hand so they can get the job done,” Don Sarno, Sonepar’s senior vice president, digital enterprise for the Americas, said in a statement. “Our customers know the exact time their shipment will arrive and can plan resources accordingly.”
Sonepar’s “full suite” of Innovo applications also now includes beta testing of inventory management platform Stockroom Web, officials added.
