Morse (Canton, OH) recently added the M-Factor CH and the M-Factor GP blades to its line of carbide-tipped band saw product line. The CH is engineered for optimal cutting performance on case-hardened materials, while the GP design tackles cutting of carbon and stainless steels. The newest 1” (27mm), 1-1/4" (34mm), and 1-1/2” (41mm) M-FACTOR CH and GP carbide tipped bands are tough blades engineered with a high performance steel backer. These blades accept higher speeds and heavier feed forces required in carbide tipped band applications. Both the CH and GP blades are available in a variety of band widths and thicknesses.
