CAPCORP a division of Purvis Industries of Dallas Texas has announced the acquisition of the assets, brand rights, website, personnel and intellectual property of Belt Maintenance Group of Texas (BMG) from BMG of Tampa Florida.
The acquisition consists of the Mt Pleasant, TX and San Antonio, TX locations and became effective November 1, 2010.BMG has been a leader providing complete conveyor belting sales and service solutions including field service and installation to the Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and surrounding areas since 1970. BMG Texas offers hot and cold vulcanization, conveyor components, and industrial rubber fabrication and has installed conveyors as long as 25 miles in length.

In conjunction with the BMG Texas acquisition Purvis Industries will be opening a new Mt Pleasant, TX store to be co-located in a new 15,000 square-foot facility to be occupied by BGM / CAPCORP.
