ATLANTA (AP) — Genuine Parts Co. is promoting Paul Donahue to president, the auto and industrial parts distributor said Monday.
Donahue, 55, has served as executive vice president since 2007. He will continue to serve as president of the U.S. Automotive Parts Group. Before working at Genuine Parts, Donahue was president of Newell Rubbermaid's Sanford North America unit.
Shares of Genuine Parts, based in Atlanta, shed 60 cents to $61.18 in midday trading.
