Industrial Supply Co. Begins New Construction Project

By streamlining its distribution system, Industrial Supply Co. expects a significant reduction in wasted time and resources.

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — Industrial Supply Company is preparing to improve their distribution logistics with an expansion of their warehouse. They will be expanding their Salt Lake City warehouse by connecting two of the existing warehouses.
 
Industrial Supply broke ground this past week and construction is expected to be completed by March 2015.
 
“This represents a major commitment to ensuring that we have the resources needed to improve our operations and strengthen our ability to succeed in growing our business,” said Randy Evans, President and grandson of founder Rudy Orlob. “The Company was almost 50 years old when it moved from downtown Salt Lake in 1964. Two of our three warehouses were built in the late 70’s. This new project represents a very significant milestone in our history.
