FCX Performance Inc. has acquired Pump Energy Inc. in a bid to grow the Columbus-based distributor of valve and process flow products along the Gulf Coast, says Columbus Business First.
FCX, which has set its sights on high-growth petroleum and chemical markets, is adding to that effort with the purchase of PEI, which operates from Stafford and Odessa, TX, according to the article.
