Brookfield, WI - Milwaukee Tool is in talks to potentially acquire Empire Level, a designer and producer of levels, squares, layout tools, and caution tape in the United States with dominant market share in the retail, contractor supply, and ''Do-It-Yourself'' markets.
Kharli Tyler, Brand Manager for the company, issued a brief comment: "Milwaukee Tool is currently in the process of conducting it's due diligence to acquire Empire Level. During this time Empire Level will continue to run as a separate business apart from Milwaukee Tool. Since we are in the middle of our due diligence we cannot provide any further comment at this time."
