Singer Equities Acquires Texas Rubber Supply

Texas Rubber, with locations in Dallas and Ft. Worth, will become part of the growing Singer presence in the state of Texas and will operate along with their National Hose and Accessory affiliate headquartered in Houston managed by Mike Johnson, VP/General Manager.

Singer Equities has acquired Texas Rubber Supply headquartered in Dallas, TX. Texas Rubber Supply was founded by Emery Johnson in 1952 and has enjoyed a rich heritage as a premier industrial rubber distributor in the region under the leadership of Brent and Bertie Howell. Texas Rubber Supply will continue to go to market under its present name with existing management and personnel remaining in place. Texas Rubber, with locations in Dallas and Ft. Worth, will become part of the growing Singer presence in the state of Texas and will operate along with their National Hose and Accessory affiliate headquartered in Houston managed by Mike Johnson, VP/General Manager. Singer will add its resources to the Texas Rubber organization to expand their operations in the region.

Singer Equities has 37 locations throughout the country all specializing in industrial rubber products and services to include industrial hose, hydraulic hose, fluid power, conveyor belt and gaskets.  Singer represents the leading manufacturers in these respective product verticals while investing in new products, equipment and services to expand the opportunities of their acquired business units while employing the best practices among the group.
