Milwaukee, WI – Athea Laboratories - Packaging announces the hiring of two Vice Presidents.
Patrick Rego has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Technical Services. Patrick has worked at Athea for the past 17 years, most recently as Director of Technical & Regulatory. He holds expertise in chemical formulation and the regulatory environment, and offers tremendous insight into the industrial, JanSan, and contract packaging industries. Patrick is responsible for Athea’s R&D, Technical Services, and Regulatory Affairs.
Doug Barnhart has accepted the position of Vice President of Operations. Doug has spent the past 17 years in the specialty chemical industry, most recently as Director of Operations. He brings expertise in manufacturing, as well as distribution, in the industrial and JanSan industries. Doug is responsible for all aspects of product manufacturing.
For nearly 50 years, Athea has developed, manufactured, and private labeled the highest-quality and highest-performance specialty chemicals and wet wipes for the JanSan, industrial, and contract packaging markets. Products are marketed under the Total Solutions® label, and include nearly 400 Wet Wipes, Grounds Maintenance products, Cleaners and Degreasers, Insecticides, and other products.
