Roofing Supply Group Acquires Supreme Metal Products & Exterior Building Supply

Both companies are headquartered in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and will be combined to operate under the name Supreme Building Products, an RSG company.

Dallas, TX - Roofing Supply Group, LLC has purchased the business of Supreme Metal Products ("Supreme"), a complete metal roofing manufacturer and distributor of residential and commercial roofing products, and Exterior Building Supply ("EB Supply"), a distributor of siding, windows, columns, shutters, and trim. Both companies are headquartered in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and will be combined to operate under the name Supreme Building Products, an RSG company.

Cret Shamblin, co-owner of Supreme and EB Supply, will be joining RSG as the Branch Manager and will continue to run the location going forward.  Shamblin will report directly to Tim Perryman, Senior Vice President.  This 18th branch in the Southeast Region, along with RSG's other location in Birmingham, will allow the company to significantly grow its territory in Alabama and surrounding states.
