Ferguson Waterworks expands footprint in Hawaii’s water and sewer supply business
Newport News, VA – Ferguson announces the acquisition of Fluid Systems Hawaii, Inc. in an asset transaction completed February 11, 2013. The company operates from a single location near Honolulu and distributes underground water supply and wastewater drainage products to Oahu, Maui and other Hawaiian islands.
“The company was a good fit for our waterworks business since they already have experienced industry personnel and an established location,” said Ferguson CEO Frank Roach. “We look forward to growing our existing waterworks operations together in the local market.”
