Chicago, IL - Layer Saver is a 2-deck patented frame designed to maximize space in trucks. Customized to fit the customer’s shipping requirement, the Layer Saver shipping frame protects product against damage and crushing while allowing the shipper to stack or “cube out” the trailer. Its unique design allows for the first tier to hold several rows of corrugated product (just like a traditional pallet) and then with its easy-to-extend second tier, the pallet expands its capacity to hold at least 33% more product. All standard pallets fit on the frame as well as slip sheet applications.
