The Powerfoil X LED delivers as much light as a massive, 400W metal halide, covering the entire diameter of the fan while using less than 175W. Its tempered glass lens is designed to provide excellent optical properties which minimize glare. The light is easily installed and ties directly into an existing lighting grid for simple control. The LED is featured on the Powerfoil® X, which generates huge volumes of gentle air movement using small (1-2 hp) motors, making it an extremely energy-efficient way to cool large areas. With the integration of the LED, the new Powerfoil X LED eliminates any need to rearrange lighting grids to avoid a shadowing effect that may occur with very large (8-ft to 24-ft diameter) ceiling fans.
