OHAUS (Pine Brook, N.J.) announces the availability of the OHAUS VN Series floor scales and platforms. A solution for industrial dry weighing, they are designed to minimize distortion under heavy loads. The VN Series makes use of welded steel ribs and a thick top plate design to provide structural stiffness, while a cross-hatch surface pattern increases slip resistance. The VN Series comes with four stainless steel feet with rubber bottoms attached to each load cell. Each VN Series Floor Scale is included with a OHAUS T31P indicator, which makes use of a large high digit backlit LCD display that quickly shows results in a choice of pounds or kilograms.
