JPW Industries Acquires Baileigh Industrial

Baileigh is a leading marketer, manufacturer and distributor of over 500 metalworking and woodworking products sold under the Baileigh® brand across the U.S. and Europe.

JPW Industries, Inc., a leading global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of branded metalworking and woodworking equipment and specialty shop tools sold under the JET, Powermatic, Wilton, Edwards, and Promac brand names, announceds it has acquired Baileigh Industrial Holdings, LLC. JPW is a Gamut Capital Management portfolio company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1999, Baileigh is a leading marketer, manufacturer and distributor of over 500 metalworking and woodworking products sold under the Baileigh brand across the U.S. and Europe. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, RMD, Baileigh designs and manufactures high-quality, “made-in-the-USA” Baileigh-branded metalworking machinery. Baileigh’s operations in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, and Two Rivers, Wisconsin, including warehouse, customer service, technical service, and manufacturing will remain in their current locations.
