HOUSTON — Piping and Equipment, a full-line distributor of pipe, valves and fittings and a subsidiary of Fairmont Supply Company, has expanded its business by opening a Houston North branch location.
The new facility, located at 7614 Bluff Point Drive in Houston, is home for P&E's corporate office, including business development, customer service, and operations. In addition, this new brick and mortar includes a 17,000 square foot warehouse.
The move was strategic for P&E. Not only is this their corporate office, but the new location allows them to easily support their mid-stream business development efforts in a target-rich territory; and positions them closer to the relevant pool of talent required in a highly-targeted market.
"P&E's new space greatly enhances our ability to provide customers with the products they want, when they want them," says Brian Saenz, Vice President and General Manager of P&E. "It also shows our commitment to improving our already stellar customer service. We will continue to invest in talent that maximizes our capability to perform for our customers," continues Saenz.
Piping and Equipment, a subsidiary of Fairmont Supply Company since July 2007, is a full-line industrial distributor of pipe, valves, fittings and related products to industrial customers. P&E specializes in servicing the mid-stream and downstream markets, the contractors and fabricators that support them and an emphasis on the pulp and paper market. Piping & Equipment has six warehouse locations. In addition to the Industrial PVF Division, P&E provides on-site solutions, and a comprehensive Valve Automation Division. Piping and Equipment will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2019.
