FCX Performance Names New EVP Of Operations

Cardinal Health veteran Theron Neese joins FCX — No. 30 on ID's Big 50 List — to lead all of the company's service, repair, purchasing, warehouse, assembly and safety operations.

COLUMBUS, OH — FCX Performance, one of the nation’s largest distributors of specialty process flow control products and services, has hired Theron Neese as executive vice president of operations. Neese will be responsible for all of FCX’s service, repair, purchasing, warehouse, assembly and safety operations.

“Our service offerings to customers are critical to our business growth. Combined with leading products and technical expertise, allow our sales team to exceed our customer’s expectations,” said FCX chief executive officer Tom Cox.

Theron joins FCX Performance after 17 years at Cardinal Heath, a Fortune 19 company specializing in medical products manufacturing and distribution. Neese’s career spanned various and expanding operational roles at Cardinal, including the development of extensive knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods that will help FCX Performance advance their supply chain capabilities.
