Dave Gabriel, former North America Region President, will become the COO. He will be overseeing operations in all countries except the U.S., France and the Central Europe Area, which will directly report to the future CEO.

Patrick Salvadori, former Southern Europe Region President, will succeed Herbert Willmy, who is retiring upon his request, as the head of Sonepar International Services.

Jo Verbeek, former Northern Europe Region President, will manage the Asia Pacific Area, while Eugene Wu will support Greater China project developments.

Luis Arconada, head of Sonepar Spain, will take charge of the Latin Area (Italy, Mexico, Spain, Central America and South America).
