York, PA-based RG Group, a group of motion control and fluid power product and solutions distribution and manufacturing companies, has announced the acquisition of Souderton, PA-based Asdec Inc.
Founded in 1986, Asdec is an automation and pneumatic distributor specializing in the pharmaceutical and medical markets in the Mid-Atlantic region. Asdec provides customers with a variety of automation, packaging and material handling solutions. Effective immediately, Asdec customers will be serviced by RG Group.
Asdec’s key vendors include DeStaCo/Robohand and American Feeder Systems.
