F.W. Webb Acquires New Hampshire's State Line Supply

The addition of Seabrook, NH-based State Line creates a 12th New Hampshire location for F.W. Webb, which recently created a Water Works division with an acquisition announced March 9.

Bedford, MA-based F.W. Webb — No. 22 on Industrial Distribution's 2015 Big 50 List — on Friday announced that it has acquired Seabrook, NH-based State Line Supply.

Founded in 1977, State Line Supply is a single-location, family-owned plumbing supply distributor, serving residential and commercial contractors. 

“F.W. Webb is pleased with the opportunity to be in the New Hampshire seacoast region for the first time and welcomes State Line employees and customers,” said Bob Mucciarone, COO of F.W. Webb in a release. “We look forward to getting established in the community as a valued partner to the area’s contractors.”

Move creates a 12th location in New Hampshire for F.W. Webb, which recently acquired Water Works Supply, creating a Water Works Division with locations in Malden, MA and Londonderry, NH. F.W. Webb has 80+ locations in nine states across the Midwest.

F.W. Webb said the Seabrook location will be rebranded as F.W. Webb and eventually renovated.

On Monday, F.W. Webb marked and celebrated its 150th anniversary.
