EIS, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company and No. 26 on Industrial Distribution's 2014 Big 50 List, has acquired Seattle-based Connect-Air International, Inc. from Wincove Capital. Connect-Air is a North American specialty distributor of low-voltage wire and cable used in critical building applications, primarily HVAC, security, and fire alarm systems. Connect-Air services the United States from seven sales offices and warehouses across the country.
