Eaton Acquires U.K. Safety Tech. Manufacturer Oxalis Group

The addition expands Eaton's offering of electrical products for hazardous area, marine, and industrial communications markets.

DUBLIN — Power management company Eaton recently announced it has acquired Oxalis Group Ltd. Headquartered in Stratford-upon-Avon, United Kingdom, Oxalis manufactures closed-circuit TV camera stations, public address/general alarm systems and other electrical products for the hazardous area, marine, and industrial communications markets. Terms were not disclosed.

Oxalis employs approximately 40 people and has two manufacturing sites in the United Kingdom.
